In just a week Hallowe’en will be here…we have begun setting up the haunt for the trick or treaters and have a few surprises in store…I’ll have pics after the fact.

This year it has been a long Hallowe’en season and I have over-extended myself on events, readings and ghost walks. I’m looking forward to things settling down a bit after the holiday.

This has been a month of reflection for me.  There have been many people who have pronounced certain “truths” that have left me with a determination to continue on my own path regardless of how others feel, or to retreat and once again be reclusive. I have been accused verbally and online of being something that I am not. I have been lambasted by the people of the book (and people who are of my own nature) numerous times, to the point that I had begun to hide my nature and acquiesce to their demands. That I will not do!

Truths are relative…Your truth may not be my truth. Your reality may not be the same as mine. I’m not asking anyone to join my reality, nor do I proselytize . What I do is aid and assist people in finding closure for themselves. I am happy doing this, and yes I do ask for donations in order to do so. In my reality there must be an energy exchange in order to provide accuracy…I will not defend this.

For 17 years I went under the mound so to speak and rarely if ever engaged locally. My inclination lately  has been to  go back under, and I may yet do this. To those of you whom I have helped…Thank you…To those of you who decried me,  my faith, and my methods, I will no longer acknowledge you…Live in your own “truth”, but do not deem to assault mine…ever!

Last week there were  some rather  tense times dealing with locals protesting our Halloween events at St. Babs. Most of the people complaining have been somewhat placated. We cancelled the “buried alive” experience and moved the Halloween decorations further back on the property. This hasn’t satisfied everybody however. There are still veiled threats and some name calling. I have been called out as a “devil worshiper”. If only our area would move itself out of the 1950’s and into the 21st century. That will take time I suppose. In the meantime, please consider supporting us at St. Babs during these and other events.

AND SO IT BEGINS…again!

Yesterday, the day of my usual Psychic readings at St. Babs Church Goshen NJ, There was a meeting held with some of the town locals to voice their concerns regarding the Halloween event which is being held on the church grounds later this month. For the most part the people attending were willing to listen to the reasoning behind the fundraiser, and expressed their concerns in an adult manner. There were a few however who raised their voices and and used language of which the sanctuary of the church had probably never heard before. This language was disturbing to the more reasonable attendees (and indeed to me who is not usually opposed to more colorful speech).

I sat quietly and listened for the most part, hoping that the torches and pitchfork wouldn’t come out. I did have the opportunity to chat with a few of the more calm visitors. The situation was resolved to the satisfaction of most there. Hopefully the locals will now see this as a fundraiser that will benefit them and their community. Tonight I will do the second of my Historic Ghost cemetery walks and Spirit Channeling sessions, and I’m still a bit concerned that  those locals who didn’t attend the meeting will be there protesting. Nevertheless I’m going to march on and do the event as planned. I’m calling Spirits of warding and protection to bless the Church, the cemetery grounds and those attending. Beware those that have the power to raise Leviathan! Ayibobo!!!

     It’s been said that community is vital for the well being of mankind. While in theory that is true, the difficulty arises when one is trying to do something that is good as a whole and they feel push-back from a closed minded populace. Certain events that are well intentioned and thought out in a way that are both respectful and supportive often led to repercussions from a small portion of the community that until the event is ready to unfold have had little to no care for the venue in which  the event will take place. It’s not a wonder that over the past twenty five  years I have pulled away from the public and became rather reclusive. My thoughts at this point are to seek out once again my reclusivity. Those of us who are considered by some to be edge walkers are often the brunt of public scorn and misunderstanding.

Twenty five years ago I participated in an article for a local publication that told of our somewhat secretive group. Since our area has never really left the fifties mind set and for all intents and purposes is a part of the Bible belt (not geographically, but culturally), this article didn’t go over too well. There were billboards posted to keep the Witches out of Cape May. I was verbally assaulted and somewhat shunned. This left me with a feeling of hopelessness. Now although this current push-back is not the same, it’s bringing back those old feelings.

I will carry on though and not be defeated this time….Ashe!

SPIRITS STRESSED!!!

What a month this is turning out to be…Two eclipses one Lunar and one Solar, both in Leo and a straining of Spirits with great warnings of times to come. My Spirits are advising caution and fearlessness as tensions mount in the far east, Northward comes the paths of salvation for mankind and for beasts. Watch for continued aggression becoming extremely tense in the next week or so. Spirits have warned against those who chose to rouse the power of the Naga in the past, and now their efforts are becoming realized.  It will take a great effort of will to prevent what the unleashing of these spirits has wrought. My impression though is that those vile ones will not prevail and that the older Spirits will overpower them.  My Spirits are saying that in a period of seven there will be a great outpouring that will end the escalation. A light will be seen in the sky that will remove the Spirits that were evoked unintentionally. Peace will once again rule for a time. Have a faithful heart and listen to your inner voice!
